Ski-Welt/Ki-West - World's 3rd largest ski area
Ki-West is 3km (2 miles) long and is named after the two resorts it joins (Kitzbuehel + Westendorf). A 4km ski run has been created which is also covered with snow machines.

Kirchberg is also in Kitzbuehel’s Grossraum area and covers about 150km, Austria's largest linked ski area, the SkiWelt, with 250km of runs. The combined ski area is 400km of runs with 148 lifts.

Season begins
When we have early snow the lifts can open as soon as the last weekend in November as they did winter 2007/08.
